Peninsula and Baleares

Shipping: 2–5 working days — 5€
Returns: 5€

Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipping: 4–6 working days — 10€
Returns: 10€

European Union

(Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Andorra)

Shipping: 4–10 working days — 12€
Returns: 12€

The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Return and Exchange Policy

Once you have received your order, you have 15 days to request a return. Once we create and send you the return label, you have 5 days to process the shipment. Any return sent outside the specified timeframe will not be refunded. 

How to proceed with a return:

Please contact us at infokalanuda@gmail.com, providing:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return

We will get in touch with you as soon as possible and guide you through the steps to complete your return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with labels intact. Any product returned faulty, damaged, dirty, used, or deteriorated will not be refunded.

There is a fee for every return that will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded.

If you want to exchange a product for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
